Consignment Terms and Agreement:

1) Lynn's of Alameda LLC (Lynn's) shall be left harmless, client shall be solely responsible for insurance coverage for consignment items.

2) We charge 50% Commission of Final Sold Price plus any and all sellers fees (e-bay, estatesales.org, Etsy, PayPal, Credit Card Fees, etc.).

3) You must keep items at Lynn's of Alameda for three (3) months, if they have not sold at that time, you may remove them by appointment only. We reserve the right to discount items up to 50% until sold. If you decide that you want your items back before the first two months are up, you will be charged 20% of original retail price for storage.

4) Any listed items we have past the three (3) month period, they will be considered property of Lynn's. We will make one courtesy call a month regarding the sale of your items.

5) If your items have not sold at the end of the three (3) month period, they must be picked up at this time or we will donate/dispose of them, unless other arrangements have been made. We will grant a one (1) month grace period for items left in the shop.

6) Proceeds from items that sell after your three (3) month period will belong to Lynn's unless other arrangements have been made.

7) Keep track of your contract date and items sold from your own inventory.
