1. We preview, tag and price everything in your home.
Only your items are sold in your home,
as well as your auto, if needed;
2. We cover all advertising and staffing expenses.
You pay nothing up front.
3. Upon your approval, after the
completion of the Estate Sale
we will remove all unsold items. We do this by;
-taking the better items to our store on consignment, or purchasing them;
-donating items to local charities, of your choosing, and in your name;
-going to the City Disposal, if needed;
-your home or premises will be left clean of debris;
4. Within three to five days after the sale, we will have setteled all maters concerning your Estate;
5. Small Estate Sales can be held at Lynn's if desired.
6. In addition to our Store, Estate Sales, and Collectors Fairs,we are also actively markiting on the Interner.
